I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) providing therapy and counseling services for individuals and couples at the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy in San Francisco, CA.
I came to the mental health profession through my own journey of self-discovery and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is relational, psychodynamic, somatic-based, and transpersonal with an intention of supporting clients to more intimately, compassionately, and curiously connect with their authentic selves. In my work with clients, I incorporate mindfulness, dreamwork, guided imagery, journaling, parts work, body-awareness exercises, and other techniques to deepen clients’ connections with themselves.
I specialize in working with:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Relationship Challenges
- Grief + Loss
- Stress + Burnout
- Life Transitions
- Self-Compassion + the Inner Critic
- Identity Exploration
- Spiritual Exploration + Self Growth
I received my Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am currently supervised by Peggy Handler LMFT License #32077
In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a student and teacher of yoga, offering public and private classes around the Bay Area.
